Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch bodywork that releases tension deep within the body to relieve pain and to create greater balance and harmony within the mind-body system. It enhances your body's ability to harness its natural healing capacities, and helps relieve a full spectrum of pain and illness including.

Energy healing (Shamanic Tibetan Reiki)

This system of shamanic energy healing is a compassionate heart-centered practice that works with the Universal Life Force to activate healing in all areas of your life. This healing system's purpose is to bring a spiritual perspective into your life, balance and stabilize the emotional body, create mental clarity and tranquility, support the natural healing capacity of the body, and clear energetic stagnation. During the session we may also travel into deeper levels of mind to heal old wounds and root-causes of illness, while seeking lost aspects of yourself, gathering hidden talents and gifts.             

In a typical treatment session you will be fully clothed while relaxing on a massage table. The first part of the treatment is spent developing clarity of intent and discussing the particular issues that bring you to seek help as well as inquiring into different areas of your life. As a practitioner, I may gently touch areas of your body or simply pass my hands over your body activating healing potentials within the mind-body system. You may be guided to journey into deeper aspects of yourself to seek empowerment and to heal old patterns. Finally I will use the drum, which will deepen the healing experience, allowing the healing to radiate and resonate throughout the entire mind-body system. Sometimes I use sage and other herbs for cleansing and purification, along with crystals and stones to aid in the healing process.             

This system works with the natural elements of Fire, Water, Air/Wind, Earth, and Lightning which corresponds with the following: spirit, emotion, mind, body, and the energetic system. Following the treatment, suggestions and instruction may be given, such as a particular meditation or Qigong exercise for you to practice at home, along with possible lifestyle changes.
